At IcilTech, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our graphic design services. Our policy is designed to be clear and fair, balancing our commitment to customer satisfaction with the nature of creative work. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Service-Based Refund Policy
Due to the nature of graphic design services, refunds are limited to specific situations. Refunds may only be issued if:
- The project has not yet begun.
- The initial concept or draft is not provided within the agreed timeline, with no prior notice from our team.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable once the project is underway, as it covers initial consultations, research, and preparation.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
3. Revision Policy
At IcilTech, we want you to love your final design. Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your contract or project agreement.
- Minor Revisions: Minor adjustments within the scope of the original concept are complimentary.
- Major Revisions or Redesigns: Substantial changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. These will be discussed with you in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be provided for completed phases or hours worked. However, we may offer a partial refund for uncompleted phases, at our discretion, based on the project’s progress.
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Completed Designs: Once final files are delivered and approved, no refunds can be issued.
- Custom and Digital Work: Due to the customized nature of our digital and graphic design services, completed or delivered work is non-refundable.
6. How to Request a Refund or Project Review
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or would like to discuss concerns about your project, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the deliverable at creation@iciltech.co.za. Our team will review your request and discuss possible solutions.
